How do I calculate the probability of a raffle with the winner having to have the first number to hit three times. For example, there are 40 slots in a raffle. I pick 6 slots of that raffle (3, 12, 16, 23, 29, 37), but in order to win one of my numbers has to be the first to hit three times at which point the raffle ends. All numbers remain in the raffle till the first number hits three times. Please note that the winning number does not have to hit three times consecutively; it just has to be the first number to hit three times. Please advise.
